It is our level of belief that generates that amount of abundance that we have access to at any given time. It is not the abundance that is limited, rather it is our refusal to see it that creates our struggle and pain.

Abundance is a way that life assures us that it is good and that those bad circumstances are just what they are, circumstances. Abundance is everywhere and yet we cannot find it because we stop ourselves. We do not want to welcome the fact that life gives us the whole thing. We want the kind of abundance that benefits our behaviors and our emotions. Abundance is present in all creation and we look for abundance in love, power, money, health, and happiness.

We are slaved in our own myriad desires of selfish pursuits and disregard the flow of abundance in life. Also, our minds are clogged with age-old beliefs and values that restrict us from absorbing the abundance provided by the universe. Social parameters, is yet another vital factor in our inhibitions of truly acknowledging abundance. Governments across the globe primarily thrive on capitalist outlook – large supply meeting large demands, people need to be in debt for government to create a mass production of consumable supply of goods and services. They cash in on the poor health, and struggles of their citizens. Citizens can choose to accept these limits and inhibit the abundance, or they can welcome abundance in their lives with an open mindset. The more we choose to attract information about our abundance, the more we will receive.

Citizens experience poor health and living conditions but instead of fighting against these, they accept it and therefore inhibit abundance. They can do the opposite by having an open mind and a welcoming attitude towards abundance. By obtaining information about it, we can receive abundance all the more.

When we create a power of affirmation in our abundance, then we are focusing on the positive application of the knowledge received. By conditioning our minds to initiate a positive action, a positive reaction will automatically follow. Activating a positive recovery plan for yourself will generate positive affirmations that will see you through; even in the face of irony.

Our creativity and intellect should be geared towards a life filled with abundance. Avoid procrastinating and keep yourself healthy. Spend time for yourself because poor health hinders you from living a life of abundance and well-being. Assert yourself and you will get closer to abundance.

The approach to abundance affirmation is to achieve a balance between physical well-being, financial well-being, spiritual well-being and relationship well-being. Eating healthy, managing your financial resources through intelligent investments, spending quality time with yourself, by being one with the universe or God and spending quality time with friends and family. Sustainable success will result when compassion, love, care and understanding for self and other fellow beings is attained.

Detoxamin/Wow Did I Finally Find It?

I don’t want to get too excited,  but it would appear,  that the wonder suppositories,  have arrived? That is,  Detoxamin,  the new heavy metal chelation therapy,  delivered,  via a suppository. Very Cool,  and seemingly the answer to a very complex problem, and kudos  to those that have figured this out,  especially,  if there are no side affects? As you may,  or may not know,  I have been detoxing,  from what I believe to be mercury toxicity,  as I have every symptom listed for it? I am now in the middle of massive detoxification,  and the removal,  of what were 15 mercury dental amalgam fillings,  now being replaced with composite fillings. I have so far had one quarter of my mouth done, the lower left,  so,  about 12 more fillings  to be removed.

I have been mostly doing the natural detoxification methods,  of supplementing with cilantro and chlorella, I use  cilantro, frozen cubes, fresh daily in my smoothie and as a spice on foods,  also tincture,  from the health food store. The chlorella is a very interesting food source,  and I have tried every kind available,  and tend to feel that the powdered form  is the most beneficial, I also tend to take more of everything then they suggest as I have always had a high tolerance to everything, but this is very personal,  and one must study and learn the affects of certain treatments for them. I do believe that this is a learned technique that anyone  can do.

I am looking forward to my second 1000 mg dose, I just wanted to say,  that I believe,  Detoxamin,  holds a lot of promise,  towards us being able to remove heavy metals from our system effectively/Do your own research at


Remove Your Dental Amalgams

I have been in a battle with mercury toxicity for over a year now. The strange symptoms of tingling, and skin rashes, burning sensations and raw skin, combined, with joint pain and mood/personality disorders, have forced me to learn about mercury toxicity. This in turn, led me, to toxic mercury dental amalgams, which I cannot believe were ever used , let alone, that they are still being used today. I, at 61 years of age,  had 16 of these fillings up until December of 2009, when I started their removal, I have since had the bottom teeth in my mouth replaced with composite fillings, that have been tested to be best for me.

You can do your own research, as there are thousands of references to this condition, and, I now believe that for one to acquire maximum health, one has to start with being completely free and clear of mercury, as well as all other heavy metals. There are many natural methods documented for helping you with detoxing from heavy metals. I have used most of these at different times during my detoxification, they include cilantro, chorella, chlorophyll and any range of good green foods. Fiber is also very important, and daily I consume, chia seed, hemp seed and flax seed as well as psyllium husk to aid with elimination.

I believe that this toxicity from our environment, the food we eat, and, our old amalgam fillings, to be the cause of many diseases today, including autism and alzheimer’s, so get that mercury out of your mouth!

I have embarked on at least my decade of detoxing,  and intend to keep this up in some form for the rest of my life, that is a regimen of diet, exercise,  supplementation and detoxing that will hopefully help me to attain optimum health. Chlorella/Sea Vegetables-Wonder Foods Wonder Drugs?

I cannot say enough about the wonderful vegetables of the sea, I mainly ran into their wonderful benefits by accident, while trying to find natural ways to rid the body of mercury toxicity,  from old mercury amalgam  dental fillings and the environment. I have have had allergies and skin problems all the way to back to when I was very young growing up in the Windsor,  Ontario area. Very industrial and right on the Detroit river we even used to swim in it as kids …..yuck now ;-(

Anyway, a couple years back my teeth starting chipping, and exposing the metal fillings to my gums, and within a few month’s, my heavy metal symptoms got worse, and, I have been tingling everywhere ever since. This led me to natural heavy metal detoxing, which led me to the herb cilantro, and chlorella, considered, to be the best natural form of removing metals from the human body, without drugs.

    Insure Your Own Health…….Indeed!

    Let’s face it, it’s not rocket science, you are what you eat, and if you sit around and do nothing and eat, YOU GET FAT! That’s just one of the problems, than you got all that emotional stuff to deal with, and that can cause some health issues too! Wow, makes ya want to give up already doesn’t it ? Well,  bottom line is,  I have been lucky in all this, that being, that my Dad was a fitness freak after the war, yeah the old ww2,  he even went on as a member of Provincial Parliament in Ontario, Canada  in the early 60’s to push a form of universal exercise care for all Canadians, but they didn’t buy it! Anyway that thinking rubbed off on me 😉

    So fast forward to 2010, dad is 95 and still bitching about his bad back, and mom at 88 in a few days,  still looks after both of them, as in totally,  food , driving,  you name it! Point is, I am fortunate to be blessed with old age in my family, and thus feel compelled to write about both the virtues of it,  as well as all the advancements in human longevity that are coming at us from all directions?

    Somewhere  in here,  lies my undying belief, that we control our own health destiny.

    I feel really strong about our ability to know what foods work for us, and what food’s do not, and that we all have this ability, we just need to become aware of it, and get used to what feeling good really feels like 😉

    You have to GET MAD at FEELING BAD! Do not accept it! Learn to feel great, become aware of the difference, it is that easy, just pay attention to your tummy…..dummy 😉
