The Power Of Abundance Affirmations

“The power of intention is the power to manifest, to create, to live a life of unlimited abundance, and to attract into your life the right people at the right moments.” Wayne Dyer (Spiritual Guru)

In life we will encounter hardships and we will start doubting ourselves, our lives. We will ask whether it all makes sense, we will wonder what we are really here for. Our faith will be tested and eventually affirmed because of the abundance that pushes us to go through the difficulties of this life. It is our level of belief that generates that amount of abundance that we have access to at any given time. It is not the abundance that is limited, rather it is our refusal to see it that creates our struggle and pain.

Abundance is a way that life assures us that it is good and that those bad circumstances are just what they are, circumstances. Abundance is everywhere and yet we cannot find it because we stop ourselves. We do not want to welcome the fact that life gives us the whole thing. We want the kind of abundance that benefits our behaviors and our emotions. Abundance is present in all creation and we look for abundance in love, power, money, health, and happiness.

We are slaved in our own myriad desires of selfish pursuits and disregard the flow of abundance in life. Also, our minds are clogged with age-old beliefs and values that restrict us from absorbing the abundance provided by the universe. Social parameters, is yet another vital factor in our inhibitions of truly acknowledging abundance. Governments across the globe primarily thrive on capitalist outlook – large supply meeting large demands, people need to be in debt for government to create a mass production of consumable supply of goods and services. They cash in on the poor health, and struggles of their citizens. Citizens can choose to accept these limits and inhibit the abundance, or they can welcome abundance in their lives with an open mindset. The more we choose to attract information about our abundance, the more we will receive.

Citizens experience poor health and living conditions but instead of fighting against these, they accept it and therefore inhibit abundance. They can do the opposite by having an open mind and a welcoming attitude towards abundance. By obtaining information about it, we can receive abundance all the more.

When we create a power of affirmation in our abundance, then we are focusing on the positive application of the knowledge received. By conditioning our minds to initiate a positive action, a positive reaction will automatically follow. Activating a positive recovery plan for yourself will generate positive affirmations that will see you through; even in the face of irony.

Our creativity and intellect should be geared towards a life filled with abundance. Avoid procrastinating and keep yourself healthy. Spend time for yourself because poor health hinders you from living a life of abundance and well-being. Assert yourself and you will get closer to abundance.

The approach to abundance affirmation is to achieve a balance between physical well-being, financial well-being, spiritual well-being and relationship well-being. Eating healthy, managing your financial resources through intelligent investments, spending quality time with yourself, by being one with the universe or God and spending quality time with friends and family. Sustainable success will result when compassion, love, care and understanding for self and other fellow beings is attained.

Trust Your Intuition?

Have you ever made a decision based on your gut feeling?  Maybe you decided to turn left instead of right at a fork in a lonely country road. Perhaps you chose to buy a certain car because some inner voice told you it was the right one for you.

When these types of phenomena occur, we label it intuition. It is also referred to by some as a sixth sense.

Because an intuitive feeling is difficult to describe in words, it is all the more challenging to trust. Even though some people describe intuition as an insight to a question or a feeling in your stomach, it is not always possible to verify by logic. Intuition is just what it is, an inner knowing that guides us along our journey.

As elusive as intuition may be, it provides a deeper intelligence. When finely tuned, intuition can increase awareness, provide a deeper understanding, and make fulfillment of your goals that much more attainable.

Napoleon Hill referred to intuition, or the sixth sense, as the “Temple of Wisdom”. He called it the most powerful aspect of our subconscious mind that allows us to gain access our most creative and productive capabilities.

In order to realize your own intuition, you must understand it and be aware of it when it surfaces.  Like most people, you probably refer to your intuition as a bodily sensation. Some people become aware of a feeling or response deep in their gut, others get a tingle or shiver, some see colors or hear words, and others have a heightened perception of their surroundings.

The degree to which you allow yourself to experience intuitive feelings will determine its strength and deeper development. Those who dismiss their intuition will gradually lose it. Those who attune themselves to it will gain from the sage wisdom it offers. But like most things in life worth having, it takes an increased sensory awareness to reap the rewards.

In order to gain the full benefit from your intuitive insights, you need to practice. In the beginning, it takes courage and faith to trust your intuition.  As you increase your sensory awareness and become acquainted with its gentle cues, you will be surprised at what a resource it can be in your daily life.

Here are some tips from an acclaimed life coach online to start developing your own intuition today:

  • Suspend your disbelief – this means believing in what is possible rather than denying or rejecting something just because it isn’t tangible
  • Get in touch with your body – your breathing, your sensations, your feelings – because intuition often reveals itself with the subtlest of clues
  • Develop patience – you won’t develop your intuition overnight so don’t let discouragement dissuade you
  • Avoid the urge to focus on finding your intuition – you need to be in a highly attuned state but not overly intense
  • As you get an intuitive thought or feeling, test it out. begin with small items as you learn to increase your level of trust
  • Track your progress – keep a intuition journal and note the intuition you had, the clues your body gave you, and the result of your decision to use your intuition
  • Above all, believe in yourself and the power of your intuition

Over time, as you continue to develop your awareness and deepen your trust in your intuition, you’ll be able to access this inner guidance any time you search for a new idea, face a question or struggle with a decision. Intuition, when finely developed, brings you that much closer to your target. Its subtle background influence moves you closer to your goal every time you pay attention to it and respect the wisdom it holds.

Choose The Right Exercise Program for Children!

The type of exercise program you do is dependent on you and what you plan to do about it. . What you hate doing, paying subscription fees, and regardless of whether or not to buy equipment are things you need to consider as well as answer.

If you choose a thing that you don’t like to do,you are not planning to keep doing it for a long period of time.  Give it some thought – if you don’t like jogging, you aren’t going to get up at 6 AM and go jogging.  If you cannot find something you like to do, pick something you hate the least, that will normally be walking.

Walking is excellent exercise, since it suits all levels of fitness.  Anybody can start a walking program at every time, it’s normally the intensity and length that differs.  Walking is also a social exercise, as it isn’t tough to discover a training partner to discuss with as you exercise.  Walking having a partner will even make time pass faster.

It doesn’t matter what exercise you select, you should start with a low level of depth and build it up over a period of weeks, which is necessary to the long life of your exercise program.  If you start off too hard, you can end up getting an injury that will require time off to get over.

If you’re really in bad shape, you should start off by walking for 10 minutes each day.  Then, increase it by 5 minutes every two weeks.  To produce things more interesting, you should try walking a different course every day or two.  You may also roster another friend to walk with you each day each week. If walking isn’t your thing, then you may want to try a fitness center.  They’ve got loads of variety and normally have trainers available to answer any questions you might have.  Whenever you select a work out center, ensure that they provide good service.

When they aren’t willing to treat you well before you join, chances are they certainly won’t once you
join.  You should also ensure that the equipment they normally use is well looked after.  It’s easy to find out, as simple to try and do is listen to the machines.  If they squeak a good deal or make noise,b then odds are they aren’t being covered.

If you still aren’t sure what you should do, then you should investigate golf or tennis.  Both are good social activities in many areas, and you can even meet new friends.  Tennis is fantastic for fitness although it isn’t for someone who is just starting out.  If you haven’t exercised in a long time, then golf may be the best activity for you.

A Preparation To Help Self-Improvement

“What Definitely Tends to make You Tick?” Ten questions an individual should ask to itself: a new preparation to Self-improvement

Be all you can be, however it’s certainly not always in the Military. I usually discover myself as somewhat contented with my life the way things are, however of course it’s tough to think regarding whatever else when where are real issues to be discussed. Nevertheless I aspire for some thing deeper and more purposeful.

So we’re all pelted with complications. Actually it shouldn’t even bother or perhaps hinder us to turning out to be all we ought to be. Aspirations as children should continue to live in us, even although it would be short-lived or as long as we all may possibly hold on to the aspiration. They say a person can’t teach an old dog new tricks… or can they?

1. What do I really want?

The question of the ages. So many things you want to do with your own life and so little time to even move about throughout the day.

Find some thing that you are good at may help realize that small step in the direction of development. Persistance is the key to know that it is worth it.

2. Should I really change?

Today’s generation has consumed another level of redefining ‘self’, or at the very least that is what the kids are saying. Having an army of teenage nieces and nephews has educated me that there are usually far worse things that they could have had than acne or possibly even promiscuity. Consequently how does that fit into your standard of living?

In the event that history has taught us one thing, it really is the life that we have gone through. Try to see if partying Seventies fashion probably would not overall appeal to the newer generation, but dance is part of partying. Watch them applaud after showing them how to really dance than break their bones in break-dancing.

3. What exactly is the bright side in just about all of this?

Together with so much is happening around us there seem to be no space for even considering that light at the end of the tunnel. We can even now see it as something constructive without undergoing so much overview. And if it’s a train at the end of the tunnel, take it for a experience and notice what makes your world go round!

4. Am I comfortable with what I’m doing?

You can find always the easy way and the proper way when it comes to determining what goes with which shoes, or purse, shirt and whatnot. It will not take a wizard to see yourself as someone unique, or else we’ll all be similarly the same in anything we do. Selection brings in very interesting and enjoyable questions to be experimented.

5. Have I completed enough for myself?

Have you, or is there anything more you want to do? Displeasure in every aspect can be dangerous in large doses, but in small volumes you’ll be able to notice as well as do stuff you could possibly never envision doing.

6. Am I satisfied at where I am today?

It really is an unjust question so let it be an answer! You love being a excellent and supportive mom or even dad to your kids, then take it up a notch! Your kids will certainly love you forever. The exact same goes together with everyday life!

7. Am I attractive to the opposite sex?

So possibly I don’t have an answer to that, nevertheless that doesn’t mean I won’t be able to try it, though. Regardless of whether you shape-up, change the way you wear your clothes or hair, or even your own frame of mind towards men and women, you should always remember it will always be intended for your own benefit.

8. How much could I have?

I believe in this case there is no such things on having things too much or even too little, but it’s much more on how badly you genuinely need it. I’d like to have loads of cash, no denying that, but the question is that how much are you willing to work for it?

9. Precisely what inspires me?

What motivates you? It’s an resolve you have to find out for your self. Presently there are usually so many issues that can easily make everybody happy, but to choose one of the may be the toughest part. It’s not like you can’t have one helping of your preferred food in a buffet and that’s it. Simply just try it piece by piece.

10. What Truly Tends to make You Tick?

So? What exactly really makes you tick? You can possibly be just about anything at all you always wanted to be, but to recognize that accomplishing something that may seem to be really difficult is already giving up prior to you even start that journey. Always remember, that self-improvement is certainly not just about the physical or philosophical change you have got to undergo, nevertheless it can be something that you really desire.

* “Under the circumstances, it’s profoundly important that every single American child leave school knowing how to cook 10 recipes that will save their lives.”

Healthy Responsibilities:

* “The big brands, the food brands, need to put food education at the heart of their businesses.”
* “You can care and be commercial. Absolutely.”

Healthy Hope & Inspiration:

* “I profoundly believe that the power of food has a primal place in our homes that binds us to the best bits of life.”
* “I believe, truly, actually, that if change can be made in this country beautiful things will happen around the world. If America does it I believe other people will follow. It’s incredibly important.”

Jamie’s Wish & Your Call-to-Action:

Jamie concludes his talk with his wish…

“My wish is for you to help a strong, sustainable movement to educate every child about food, to inspire families to cook again, and to empower people everywhere to fight obesity.”

Let’s all help Jamie bring his wish true by spreading his idea onwards. Of course, by helping Jamie succeed we greatly help ourselves and our loved ones live healthier, happier lives. And that’s entirely the point!

Detoxamin/Wow Did I Finally Find It?

I don’t want to get too excited,  but it would appear,  that the wonder suppositories,  have arrived? That is,  Detoxamin,  the new heavy metal chelation therapy,  delivered,  via a suppository. Very Cool,  and seemingly the answer to a very complex problem, and kudos  to those that have figured this out,  especially,  if there are no side affects? As you may,  or may not know,  I have been detoxing,  from what I believe to be mercury toxicity,  as I have every symptom listed for it? I am now in the middle of massive detoxification,  and the removal,  of what were 15 mercury dental amalgam fillings,  now being replaced with composite fillings. I have so far had one quarter of my mouth done, the lower left,  so,  about 12 more fillings  to be removed.

I have been mostly doing the natural detoxification methods,  of supplementing with cilantro and chlorella, I use  cilantro, frozen cubes, fresh daily in my smoothie and as a spice on foods,  also tincture,  from the health food store. The chlorella is a very interesting food source,  and I have tried every kind available,  and tend to feel that the powdered form  is the most beneficial, I also tend to take more of everything then they suggest as I have always had a high tolerance to everything, but this is very personal,  and one must study and learn the affects of certain treatments for them. I do believe that this is a learned technique that anyone  can do.

I am looking forward to my second 1000 mg dose, I just wanted to say,  that I believe,  Detoxamin,  holds a lot of promise,  towards us being able to remove heavy metals from our system effectively/Do your own research at

Remove Your Dental Amalgams

I have been in a battle with mercury toxicity for over a year now. The strange symptoms of tingling, and skin rashes, burning sensations and raw skin, combined, with joint pain and mood/personality disorders, have forced me to learn about mercury toxicity. This in turn, led me, to toxic mercury dental amalgams, which I cannot believe were ever used , let alone, that they are still being used today. I, at 61 years of age,  had 16 of these fillings up until December of 2009, when I started their removal, I have since had the bottom teeth in my mouth replaced with composite fillings, that have been tested to be best for me.

You can do your own research, as there are thousands of references to this condition, and, I now believe that for one to acquire maximum health, one has to start with being completely free and clear of mercury, as well as all other heavy metals. There are many natural methods documented for helping you with detoxing from heavy metals. I have used most of these at different times during my detoxification, they include cilantro, chorella, chlorophyll and any range of good green foods. Fiber is also very important, and daily I consume, chia seed, hemp seed and flax seed as well as psyllium husk to aid with elimination.

I believe that this toxicity from our environment, the food we eat, and, our old amalgam fillings, to be the cause of many diseases today, including autism and alzheimer’s, so get that mercury out of your mouth!

I have embarked on at least my decade of detoxing,  and intend to keep this up in some form for the rest of my life, that is a regimen of diet, exercise,  supplementation and detoxing that will hopefully help me to attain optimum health. Please see the video below, to better understand,  the complications,  of a human body dealing with mercury.

How Mercury Causes Brain Neuron Damage – Uni. of Calgary

Chlorella/Sea Vegetables-Wonder Foods Wonder Drugs?

I cannot say enough about the wonderful vegetables of the sea, I mainly ran into their wonderful benefits by accident, while trying to find natural ways to rid the body of mercury toxicity,  from old mercury amalgam  dental fillings and the environment. I have have had allergies and skin problems all the way to back to when I was very young growing up in the Windsor,  Ontario area. Very industrial and right on the Detroit river we even used to swim in it as kids …..yuck now ;-(

Anyway, a couple years back my teeth starting chipping, and exposing the metal fillings to my gums, and within a few month’s, my heavy metal symptoms got worse, and, I have been tingling everywhere ever since. This led me to natural heavy metal detoxing, which led me to the herb cilantro, and chlorella, considered, to be the best natural form of removing metals from the human body, without drugs.

I have not 100% verified the link below but it seems just like a good information site .

That being said I tend to agree with most of what I read there so I thought I would leave it to your discretion.

Let’s face it, it’s not rocket science, you are what you eat, and if you sit around and do nothing and eat, YOU GET FAT! Somewhere  in here,  lies my undying belief, that we control our own health destiny.

I feel really strong about our ability to know what foods work for us, and what food’s do not, and that we all have this ability, we just need to become aware of it, and get used to what feeling good really feels like 😉
